I’m Garrett. Over the years I’ve realized wedding photography is a lot of things. It’s the beautiful photos of your day that end up in prints scattered throughout your home or a lock screen kept as a warm reminder of your day. It’s capturing the big emotional moments, as well as all of the little moments that might breeze by you during your day. I’ve also learned a wedding photographer is someone who actively works to help you feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera on your day. A person who works as your right hand being flexible, keeping up energy that’s both playful yet professional for you and all your loved ones.
It’s my priority to be all of this as a photographer and to create something special out of every moment for you. I’ve gotten so lucky joining my couples on the adventure of their day. I get excited about capturing what is unique and special to you. Getting to know the story of how you met. Learning about special wedding traditions. I love to hear the whole story and getting to help you tell it.
Hello!
So happy for Josh and Alyson’s story to end up in the NY Times Mini-Vows series. The article “Finding Romance on a Quest for the ‘Perfect Milkshake‘" shares a very vulnerable and inspiring story of recovery. It was exciting to get to know both of them better and be a part of their day. Check out the full article linked below!
